Find exhilaration, creative energy, maybe even a little joy at the end of a teaching day. Gayle has a unique background: she is a private piano teacher and also a 1st degree black belt in her energy practice, thus making her well equipped to understand the challenges teachers face especially during these current times. Learn how to recharge the batteries on the fly (without coffee) and feel ready to “shock absorb” any situation. She will use insights from Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, and Tai Chi. She is the assistant director and wellness coach for Icicle Creek Center for the Arts Adult Piano Retreats in Leavenworth, Washington, where she lives and teaches.
