Graduating High School Seniors who meet the following criteria may apply for a LWMTA Scholarship:

1. Applicant must have studied with a current active LWMTA member for a minimum of three years.
2. Applicant must have studied music privately for a minimum of five years.
3. Applicant must have participated in the LWMTA Music Artistry Program (formerly Adjudications) and the LWMTA Music Literacy Program for a minimum of three years during their high school years (grades 9-12).
4. Applicant must be attending a 4-year college or university upon high school graduation.

Application Materials

There are three parts to your scholarship application.

Part 1: Scholarship Application Form (includes records of your participation in MAP and MLP)
Part 2: Resume of Musical Activities Form
Part 3: Teacher Recommendation Letter (to be submitted by your LWMTA teacher only)
