Old Business

Treasurer’s Report – Laurie Ketron (given in meeting). Laurie also has checks going out to members for recent expenses (Coffee break, food for the Scholarship Competition artist, and Scholarship Recipients).

Announcements/New Business 

Scholarship Competition (Stephanie Lee, via Nicole Kim)

The event went well! We had 27 students from 5 teachers (a big jump from last year).

MLP (Mary Kaye Owen, Gloria Tzuang, and Laurie Ketron)

MLP will take place Saturday May 3rd, at a new venue: Episcol Church of the Holy Cross 11526 162nd Ave NE, Redmond. 

Please note that this adjustment has affected the times.

 AM session 9am to noon, with Ear Training offered only at 9:30 or 10:30am

 PM session 1pm to 4pm, with Ear Training offered only at 1:30 or 2:30pm

So far three teachers have registered. There’s still time to register on the WSMTA website! 

Please inform Mary Kaye of the Ear Training Level you’re enrolling all your students in, since you’re not able to specify during registration.

Spring Potluck General Meeting and Board Election

Tuesday May 20th, 10:30am at Satomi Pellerin’s house. Stephanie will send out a request to RSVP the week before.
